We are currently seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our growing team at our Willingboro, NJ office.

Position Summary

As the Service Dispatcher, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations—coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field staff, and our office team. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly will help keep our technicians on track and our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians to residential service calls across Southern New Jersey

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time for maximum efficiency

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to confirm appointments and updates

• Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt, high-quality service delivery

• Maintain accurate records in dispatching software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)

• Prioritize emergency calls and manage workflow to minimize downtime

• Support technicians with route planning and job details

• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC/plumbing/electrical industry preferred)

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication abilities

• Proficiency with dispatching or CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
