What You’ll Do

As an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling!) to assess their needs and recommend customized comfort solutions. You’ll guide them through the process with confidence, care, and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Meeting with residential customers in their homes to assess HVAC needs
• Presenting tailored solutions and closing deals on the spot
• Following up on warm leads and referrals—no door knocking required
• Collaborating with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Staying current on product knowledge and industry trends

What You Bring

• Proven success in in-home or consultative sales (HVAC experience a plus, but not required)
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping people
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
