HVAC Install Manager

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Install Manager to lead our retrofit installation team and ensure top-quality workmanship in every home we serve.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee the residential HVAC retrofit installation department

• Manage, train, and support a team of HVAC installers and apprentices

• Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to code

• Conduct quality control checks and jobsite inspections

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch to maintain a smooth install process

• Communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns

• Track and report installation performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit preferred)

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience

• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and retrofit techniques

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
