Are you a results-driven home services professional with a passion for leadership, team development, and customer satisfaction? Fante’s Home Services—a trusted name in residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical solutions—is looking for a skilled Trades Manager to oversee and empower our teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for all three trades: HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical

• Coach, support, and develop a team of technicians and apprentices across all departments

• Ensure jobs are completed to code, on schedule, and with high-quality workmanship

• Implement and monitor safety standards, training programs, and performance goals

• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth workflow

• Maintain communication with homeowners to ensure a five-star customer experience

• Analyze job performance metrics and report on department progress

• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential trade experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in the home services industry

• Working knowledge of trade codes, safety regulations, and best practices

• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage performance

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• EPA Certification required; trade licenses and NATE Certification a plus

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
