What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems
- Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with Fante’s standards
What You Need
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- EPA Certification (required)
- NATE Certification (a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and outdoor environments
