Fante’s Home Services, a trusted residential Heating & Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing company serving Southern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at building trust with homeowners and closing high-quality comfort solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs
- Present and sell HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions
- Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, and comfort improvements
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Utilize ServiceTitan to manage leads, appointments, and sales documentation
- Explain available PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential HVAC sales
- Strong consultative sales approach and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license
