What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs
- Design and present customized HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions
- Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term value
- Prepare professional estimates, proposals, and sales agreements
- Manage leads, appointments, and documentation using ServiceTitan
- Clearly explain PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options
- Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in residential HVAC sales
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM platforms
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
